Whenever a Black person is killed by a white person we march and protest. We demand that they acknowledge our worth and stop killing us. However, when a Black person is killed by another Black person….. Nothing happens.
Are our lives only worth something when we are killed by white people?
Angel, preaching to the choir? Everyone’s perspective is different…I choose to see it as choir practice. You must practice to make sure we are singing in the same tune, right?
The game of manipulation, the devil loves this game. Illusion is a popular one in his bag of tricks too. Ask any magician and he will tell you that you must first trick the eye ( be it your minds eye or the physical eye… doesn’t really matter to him) as long as he gets the results he is looking for, and that is you under the spell of his mind over yours. The black man generally speaking (man, woman, and child) must hate themselves for the trick to work. Money is the reward on the table. The white man will always collect the winnings and distribute it as he sees fit. The white man never loses his position, example: go to the Library of Congress find a copy of any job application, school application, marriage application, home loan application, etc., And you will see the white man’s position has not changed. The first selection is mark the box of your ethnicity…first box is white/causcasian, then the other groups are listed, then notice how the other groups have changed their names several times let’s say from 1970 to now. The Negro became African American, and now they are listed as “Black” as if you are the color of a white man in a business suit shoes (you’re still at the white man’s feet) but that’s another story for another day. The Oriental is now call Asian, and the Mexican to of Mexican decent, to Hispanic, and now Latino-x (as if their Malcolm) but hopefully you get the point. All of the groups have changed their identity many times, but the white man never changes his identity. Why? Because he knows his position. Everybody else is still trying to find their identity, because they are not comfortable because they are constantly being made uncomfortable so the white man can remain in his position. Image if the other groups actually stopped reimagining themselves and just see themselves as who they really are. Strong. Worthy. Loved. But as long as they are not validated with Love, they will reimagine their image and thus keep changing their position which can not be the top because those who know who they are do not change their position, their status only gets better or rises higher because they have established an identity that no one questions that should be on top. I must say if they ever come out with Chocolate whip cream I WOULD try it on top of everything…on my ice cream, cheese cake, chocolate cake, you get the point. But until one tries a new ( position) what has been, will always be. A white boy killing a Brotha on the streets of America isn’t new…it reminds the people of the trick the magician plays when he wants to trick the eye (of the mind.) Killing Blacks is what is normal… remember to kill what I kill because if you kill white you are killing the wrong one. It’s a trick from the original magician, and he always comes to kill, steal, and destroy. Did he kill the black man? Yes. Did he steal the black man’s life? Yes. Did he destroy the black man? Yes. And all the (Eyes) of the viewers saw it happen. What man standing there to witness the killing, that their minds eye did not see it happening? Who really killed the black man (pay attention to the question) let’s say it like this…who will kill the black man next? Remember it’s okay to destroy what is not on top. Why? Because he doesn’t even know who he is…so who did the (WHITE) boy really kill? Take care Angel.

Why was that poetic? I agree though. I don’t watch much of the news or follow the media. They are very bias and they in the past have deliberately only broadcasted crimes that black people have committed even though the white people had an even higher crime rate just so they can instill in the public’s mind that our men are criminals. They can’t broadcast every single crime that happens so they make our people look like the monsters. There is no black on black crime because there is no white on white crime. Evil people, criminals etc come in every race yet they act like black people deserve to be unjustifiable killed by the police because we “were gonna kill eachother anyway.”
I tried explaining some of the exact same points you made on a comment thread under a post on Facebook and was reported BY MY OWN PEOPLE for hate speech and had my page taken down for a day. We NEED to get out if this victim mindset and quick. It’s holding us back. Some of our people really do think, expect, and are waiting for the white man and their system to make changes for the greater good of our race, but they have shown us time and time again that they will not! Do some of our people really think that the same people whose ancestors set up a system that their children and grandchildren benefit from, will try and make a change for the very people they felt was beneath them? Why would you destroy something that keeps you ahead?
It’s crazy how some of our people refuse to see the game that is being played. I call it under the radar genocide. We be so outraged by a non black person killing us but defend the hell out of same skin folk that do the same exact thing and usually for less, because ya know… It’s for the culture right?
I say it time and time again. WE need to be to be the ones to change. As sad as it may be given our history… we have too. No one will take us seriously until we take ourselves seriously and put more value into things that will push us ahead instead of setting us back. Yes the white man set us up, put us in an environment that they knew we wouldn’t thrive in, yes we are a product of said environment, BUT we continue to act they way they want us to, the image the was given to us and that the media constantly pushes. WE are doing the dirty work for them. While they are building themselves up, we are tearing ourselves down.
I could literally go on because there’s so much! I just wish more of our people would wake up and see reality for what it really is.
What you’re asking is probably not even possible for the Asian or White community. There’s gonna be criminals of every race. It would have to be a perfect world where all black people love themselves, value other black people and us as a collective protect one another. Then again in a perfect world there wouldn’t be crime at all. There’s too many self hating black people that hate the people that look like them. There’s the cowards in our community that allow other black people to get away with killing black children and black people because they don’t want to snitch even though them not snitching won’t stop them from being the next victim. Hopefully if we educate our youth of black history, instill self love in our children, teach them to value themselves and other people that look like them we will see a shift of the community in the future. The only way I can see that happening is if we let the self hating black ppl date out and divest while the self loving black people to build our next generation of black people but even that’s a stretch.
