This is so true. If you don’t know your self or check in with your self, you can easily get caught up in some craziness. I said that social media was the devil and that’s why I didn’t join for a long time. Now that I have been on it for a few years, I see I was correct. Like most things social media is a tool, use it and don’t let it use you.
