For your throat
-Usually you would gargle warm salt water as hot as you can stand it without scalding yourself.
-when I have a cough I put baby Orajel or Anbesol on a cotton swab and rub it in the back of my throat and I stop coughing until the coating wears off it will give you some relief. I hope you feel better.
